The Detroit Concert Choir, under the direction of Michael A. Mitchell, presents its season-opening concert, Let Music LIVE! on Sunday, October 24, 3:00 pm at Sweetest Heart of Mary Church, 4440 Russell Street, Detroit, MI 48207
We welcome you back to live choral music as we return to in-person concerts. Join us and celebrate the power of live music with Joseph Martin's rich and dramatic "The Awakening," picturesque settings from Randall Thompson’s "Frostiana," and a commissioned piece, "The Silence," composed exclusively for the Detroit Concert Choir by Connor Koppin, an award-winning composer and conductor of choral music. Advanced tickets may be purchased online below through Eventbrite or by phone at (313) 882-0118.
